Job Description:

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Emergency Room RN for a 13-week night shift assignment in Albany, NY. Join a fast-paced Emergency Department at a top-tier facility that values teamwork, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care. Ideal for nurses with strong trauma and critical care skills, and previous experience in high-acuity ED settings.

Responsibilities:

Deliver timely, high-quality nursing care to patients of all ages in the ED

Triage, assess, and manage diverse medical and trauma-related emergencies

Administer medications and treatments as ordered

Collaborate with ED providers, techs, and ancillary staff to ensure continuity of care

Monitor patients and recognize signs of deterioration

Document thoroughly and efficiently in Epic

Participate in every other weekend and rotating holiday coverage

Requirements:

Active New York RN license – required

Epic EMR experience – required

BLS & ACLS (American Heart Association) – required

Minimum 2 years of recent ED nursing experience – required

Strong clinical skills in triage, trauma, and emergency interventions

Prior travel RN experience preferred but not required

Contract Details:

13-week assignment

Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Every other weekend & rotating holidays
