Qualifications :
BAC+ 5 in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)
5 years experience in a similar position in automotive industry.
Fluent in both English / French
Certified green belt six sigma
Analytical mind and continuous improvement mentality
Main Responsibilities :
To lead the implementation of Martur Fompak Production System for operations excellence
To lead the improvement of different functions methods
To lead the improvement of Plant KPIs
To lead product transformation cost reduction
To lead the implementation of Cost Deployment domain implementation
To train collaborators on new methods
To define improvement projects to improve work standards
To carry out studies on the development of the department or the determination of long/short term strategies regarding its relationship with other departments.
To reduce inefficient work with low-cost improvement tools such as LCA work
To develop improvement methods of all activities
To follow up the KPIs that have been or will be studied and to ensure that the improvement plan is made and realized accordingly
