Roles and Responsibilities: * Perform daily bank reconciliations investigating and resolving any discrepancies promptly.
* Managing prepayments, accruals, petty cash and credit cards whilst also preparing monthly journals.
* Managing sundry invoice generation and processing.
* Monitoring and processing expense claims in line with company policy.
* Reconciling balance sheet accounts monthly and resolve discrepancies promptly.
* Preparing monthly accounts for foreign subsidiaries and reporting on a timely basis.
* Liaise with external auditors and tax advisers as required.
Requirements * Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
* High level of IT literacy with working knowledge of an Accounting software, QuickBooks and/or Sage.
* Excellent accounting knowledge.
* Confidence in working with high volume of data.
* Ability to prioritise, multi task and cope with interruptions whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
* Ability to use own initiative and high level of organisational skills.
* An eye for detail and a logical approach to problem solving.
