Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide an outstanding shopping experience

Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and promotions

Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs

Drive sales by suggesting complementary items and upselling when appropriate

Handle transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS)

Maintain clean and organized sales floor and stock areas

Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals

Work as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays

Basic math and computer skills

Team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Retail or sales experience is a plus—but not required!
