Title: Customer Service Analyst 1
Location: Azusa, CA 91702
Pay Rate: $20/hr-$21.43/hr – depends on experience
Hours: 2 days a week Tuesday and Wednesday 7:00am to 2pm
Length: 12 month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time
Travel: None
3 must haves:
• HS diploma/GED with at least 1-2 years’ experience as customer service
• Must be a US citizen and be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Must be able to complete the client’s onboarding requirements – no clearance needed

Client is looking for a customer-oriented individual with sales experience to work at the Azusa employee store.
Responsibilities:
• Customer service
• Restocking items and keeping inventory
• Handling transactions
• Maintaining the store’s appearance
• Assisting customers
Basic Qualifications:
• 1-2 years customer service / sale experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• 3-4 years customer service / sale experience
