We are looking for a full-time, in-person Director of Manufacturing Sanitation located in Hildale, Utah, who will oversee our sanitation efforts and ensure they meet regulatory standards.

What you will do:

Ensure machines and production rooms are properly disassembled, cleaned, and sanitized

Ensure sanitation efforts meet regulatory standards

Create sanitation standard operating procedures (SOPs) and checklists

Manage and oversee sanitation supply inventory

Analyze team performance and train team members to support business goals accordingly

Set and achieve team goals and quotas

General managerial tasks like schedule management, cross-department collaboration, and more

Oversee a small to medium-sized team

What we prefer you to bring:

Professional, detail-oriented, and adaptable approach

Time management, prioritization, and organization skills

1+ years of experience managing inventory

What you must bring:

A high school diploma or equivalent

The ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

A strong knowledge of cGMP regulations

1+ years of experience in a management role

2+ years of experience in a manufacturing role

Knowledge of sanitation practices in a dietary manufacturing facility

Pay: $55,000 to $75,000 annually + Bonuses

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person
