About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Director Change Management, to lead our efforts in effectively guiding Quantum Health’s unique Member & Clinical Engagement Operations through meaningful transformation, while fostering a highly engaged and informed employee base. This critical role will be instrumental in cultivating a transparent and collaborative internal culture, unique to Quantum Health, while ensuring the successful adoption of strategic initiatives.

What you’ll do

Change Management (60%)

Strategy & Framework Development: Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive change management strategy and framework, encompassing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Program Leadership: Lead change management efforts for key organizational initiatives, including technology & transformation workstreams, process improvements, and cultural shifts.

Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with executive leadership, transformation program sponsors, HR, Technology, and other key stakeholders to align on change objectives, identify impacts, and develop tailored change strategies.

Impact Assessment & Planning: Conduct change impact assessments, identify potential resistance points, and develop mitigation strategies to support successful transitions.

Communication & Training Strategy: Develop and execute robust communication and training plans to prepare employees for changes, build understanding, and drive adoption. This includes partnering to identify training needs & ensure timely content delivery.

Measurement & Evaluation: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, track progress, and refine strategies based on data and feedback.

Change Network Development: Build and nurture a network of change champions and agents across the organization to facilitate adoption and embed change capabilities.

Consultation & Coaching: Provide expert guidance, coaching, and support to leaders and teams on change management principles and best practices.

Operations Communications (40%)

Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a proactive and engaging communications strategy that aligns with business objectives and fosters a positive employee experience, across Quantum’s Clinical & Member Engagement Operations.

Content Development: Lead the team in crafting engaging and informative content, that drives positive company culture through values-aligned messaging, across various channels (intranet, email, town halls, video, presentations, etc.).

Executive Communications Support: Partner with senior leaders to craft impactful messages, prepare for speaking engagements, and ensure consistent messaging across the operation.

Channel Management: Optimize existing communication channels and explore new platforms to maximize reach and impact.

Feedback Mechanisms: Establish mechanisms for gathering employee feedback on communications and continuously improve effectiveness.

All other duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring

Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field or equivalent related experience

10+ years of progressive experience in change management & internal communications, with at least 3-5 years in leadership or director-level role.

Proven track record of successfully leading complex organizational change initiatives from inception to adoption, leveraging change management methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-step Process)

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

Experience in developing and delivering engaging presentations and workshops.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities; data-driven approach to decision-making.

Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

A high degree of personal accountability and trustworthiness, a commitment to working within Quantum Health’s policies, values and ethics, and to protecting the sensitive data entrusted to us.

Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.

Trustworthy and accountable behavior, capable of viewing and maintaining confidential information daily.
