Atuação em 2 unidades de negócios (futuramente possibilidade de uma terceira)

R&S – vagas operacionais, adm, liderança, efetuadas (in house) e atuação com consultorias e agências

Treinamento e desenvolvimento – criação, condução, controle, suporte e manutenção do sistema

Treinamento técnicos, operacionais e comportamentais (locais e cascateamentos globais)

Gestão treinamentos POPs

Projeto de implementação sistema NOVO de gestão de treinamento

Condução onboarding

Atendimento auditoria

Plantão noturno – 2 vezes por mês (até por volta das 21h com compensação posterior)

Terá atuação como HRBP

Atuar em grupos e comitês internos e globais para cascateamento de ações
