HR Coordinator (6 month contract)

Nozomi Networks is hiring a Fixed-Term HR Coordinator to support our expanding team for 6 months, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position.

In this role, you will:

Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management

Maintain and update employee records both digitally and physically

Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork and scheduling orientation sessions

Assist with background verification process

Support the HR team with recruitment logistics (e.g., interview scheduling, candidate communication)

Assist with work permit applications and renewals, as well as family allowances requests

Help manage timekeeping records, attendance logs, and leave requests

Handle basic employee inquiries or direct them to the appropriate HR team member

Ensure all HR documents comply with legal and company standards

Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations as needed

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

Proficiency in English, both in reading and writing

Previous experience in HR or office administration working for a Swiss company

Familiarity with HR systems or tools, e.g., HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems (preferred)

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

Good written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to maintain high confidentiality and professionalism

A proactive, dependable, and collaborative team player

Work Environment

This is a 100% onsite position at our Mendrisio office location.

Standard business hours apply, with occasional flexibility as needed.
