Develop and maintain detailed material plans in alignment with production schedules and customer demand forecasts to ensure optimal material availability, prevent supply disruptions, and avoid excess inventory;
Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction;
Verify the accuracy and completeness of Bills of Materials (BoMs) for each production order, ensuring timely availability and proper allocation of materials throughout all stages of production;
Maintain and regularly update inventory records in SAP systems to support real-time production planning, inventory accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements;
Monitor the full supply chain lifecycle, from procurement and inbound logistics to final order fulfillment, with an emphasis on traceability, import compliance, and timely material flow;
Handle international import logistics by coordinating with overseas suppliers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely and compliant cross-border delivery of materials;
Plan and execute logistics and distribution strategies, including transportation mode selection, route optimization, freight rate management, and delivery scheduling to meet production demands;
Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, cost reductions, and enhanced delivery performance by analyzing logistics KPIs and implementing continuous improvement initiatives; and
Monitor customer portals for updates to production schedules and adjust material plans accordingly to maintain alignment with customer requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience.
