Pay Rate: $62/hr

Schedule:

Overnight: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9pm-7am- includes on-call and holiday rotation.

Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm includes on-call and holiday rotation.

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 10am-8pm includes on-call and holiday rotation.

Thursday, Friday, Saturday 7pm-8am includes on-call and holiday rotation.

Duties:

- Obtains necessary medical, surgical and radiological supplies for specific procedures according to established protocols.

- Maintains sterility of field and instruments.

- Correctly prepares requisitions.

- Communicates to the patient and family before, during and after the procedure to alleviate anxiety while maintaining privacy and dignity of the patient.

- The technologist will adhere to all HIPAA regulations and respect the patients privacy.

- Verifies patient identification according to the AHS policy.

- Observes patient's condition before and after contrast injections and reports any sudden change to the nursing staff and Radiologist.

Requirements:

-HS diploma/GED

-Completion of a Radiographer Technical training program from a School of Radiography or College based Radiography program.

-ARRT RT (R)

-ARRT RT (CT)

-NJDEP – New Jersey State X-Ray License.

-BLS Certification.
