Salary: $20-25 an hour

Job Title: Furnace Operator

Location: Springdale, OH

Compensation: $20-25 an hour

Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and control heat treat furnaces in accordance with established procedures and written instructions.

Prepare parts for processing, including loading and unloading furnaces, fixtures, and baskets.

Identify and troubleshoot issues during furnace operation or escalate them to the supervisor as needed.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by following safety protocols and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in the Manufacturing Industry is required

Previous experience with operating a vacuum furnace for heat treatment is required.

Knowledge of heat treating processes and procedures is highly desirable.

Forklift certification is a plus.
