SharePoint Architect : Strong Experience with Share point Online and Power Automate

Looking for individual that can update/maintain an active SharePoint site that is used for scheduling meetings in multiple rooms at the same time. In addition to SharePoint need assistance with business/project management

Role Responsibilities:

Experience creating custom forms with PowerApps

Experience working in SharePoint Designer

Experience creating or maintaining Flows

Experience creating, maintaining, and running Workflows

Perform data manipulation based on knowledge of data structures and sources, using data extraction and analytical tools and techniques.

Maintain project timeframes, objectives, and communications.

Create and manage documentation and reports for projects.

Docs only migration from onsite to cloud

Full Migrations from onsite to cloud

InfoPath / forms migrations

Requirements and Experience:

Strong experience in SharePoint with experience configuring SharePoint to be a scheduling tool

Background with MS Excel used to manage large data sets and create reports/trends/etc. based on project progress (proficiency in VLOOKUP commands and pivot tables required).

Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.

Efficient and organized with an acute attention to detail.

Knowledgeable in all phases of the project management life cycle.

Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
