Security Command Center - Operator (overnight role)

Starting salary for this position: $48k- 58k (based on experience)

Maximum Security is seeking a skilled and dependable Operator to join our growing Command Center team in Huntington, NY. In this critical role, you'll help ensure the safety and security of the communities and businesses we protect-through real-time monitoring, fast decision-making, and clear communication.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Monitor all surveillance systems and security cameras with precision and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with company protocols.

Accurately document incidents, events, and actions taken in clear, legible written reports.

Report equipment malfunctions promptly to the appropriate personnel.

Answer phones and radios in a professional, courteous manner and handle inquiries efficiently.

Respond to and send emails as part of ongoing incident communication.

Collaborate with staff and security agencies to ensure proper use and functioning of CCTV systems. Qualifications:

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions effectively.

Strong verbal communication skills, especially in high-pressure situations.

Excellent multitasking skills-capable of managing several events simultaneously.

Proficient in operating computers and phone systems concurrently.

Able to remain calm and focused in rapidly evolving scenarios.

Comfortable relaying critical information in fast-paced environments.
