As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes and solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.

Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and data access.
Perform regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce releases.
Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
Develop and manage dashboards for various departments to improve decision-making.
Provide support and training to Salesforce users, ensuring optimal system adoption.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.
Maintain data integrity and perform data imports/exports as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
Stay current with Salesforce best practices, new features, and functionality. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) preferred.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and APIs.
Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and workflow automation.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning.
Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Familiarity with third-party integrations and AppExchange products.
Experience with data migration tools (e.g., Data Loader).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
