Job Summary:

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Ansible automation and containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker. This role involves designing and maintaining end-to-end DevOps processes to support secure and efficient delivery of infrastructure and software products. Prior experience with CI/CD, security, and compliance is essential. Cloud experience (especially GCP) is a plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary (80%)

• Infrastructure Automation

Build and maintain infrastructure automation using Ansible.

Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for consistent and reliable environments. • Containerization & Orchestration

Lead containerization efforts using Docker and Kubernetes (or similar tools).

Ensure secure and scalable container orchestration. • CI/CD Pipeline Management

Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.

Integrate security and testing into the deployment workflow. • Security & Compliance

Securely manage secrets and credentials following industry best practices.

Work within regulated environments ensuring compliance and security standards. • Collaboration & Mentorship

Work closely with Dev, Ops, and Security teams to enforce DevOps best practices.

Mentor junior engineers on automation and containerization. Secondary (20%)

Analyze and recommend enhancements to the infrastructure environment.

Assist in implementing additional security solutions.

Support change management processes.

Participate in emergency response efforts (training, occasional travel, or coverage as needed).

Preferred Skills:

Ansible (must-have)

Docker / Kubernetes

CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.)

Basic understanding of GCP or other cloud platforms (a plus)
