Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• The ideal candidate will be an Apex expert with strong hands-on experience in Triggers, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and Flow-based automation.
• Experience building complex Flows and understanding Flow vs Apex tradeoffs
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform limits, SOQL, SOSL, and security (CRUD/FLS)
• Experience with Developer Console, Workbench, and Salesforce Dev Tools
Nice to Have
• Familiarity with Salesforce Field Service(SFS) or Experience Cloud
• Experience with Copado or other DevOps tools for deployment
• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I (required), Developer II (preferred)
• Exposure to CI/CD practices and source-driven development
Roles & Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes (Queueables, Batch Apex, Schedulables)
• Build reusable, efficient, and secure Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Create and maintain Flows (screen flows, record-triggered, scheduled) for business automation
• Write clean, scalable, and testable Apex code with >90% code coverage
• Develop and support RESTful callouts, Platform Events, and Named Credentials
• Collaborate with Admins, Architects, and Business Analysts to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide production support as needed
Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 a Year
