* 5+ years of experience working as a Ruby on Rails Developer.

* Outstanding knowledge of Ruby, RoR framework, and libraries, such as Resque, RSpec, and others.

* Good understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

* Excellent knowledge of SQL and other database concepts.

* Strong understanding and experience working with MVC and RESTful APIs.

* Familiarity with automated testing tools and unit tests.

* Proficient in code versioning tools like Git, MVN, or similar tools.

* Outstanding analytical and logical skills.

* Team player with good time-management skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
