Summary:
Certified Nursing Assistants provide for the physical and emotional well-being of residents and document in accordance with Ohio state law and nursing home standards.
Performs personal care tasks for residents, while providing exceptional customer service
Personal grooming (hair, shave, nails, mouth, etc.) maintains hearing aids and glasses
Bathing
Positioning and proper skin care
Observes and records resident condition information
Vital signs
General resident transfer, using proper assistive devices and body mechanics Qualifications:
High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or one to three months related experience
Must be State Tested in the state of Ohio or State Test Eligible Nurse Assistant (within 120-day eligibility to work as Certified Nursing Assistant and ability to State Test)
Must have current certification in CPR/First Aid training or be open to getting it shortly upon hire
