Location of Position: Alabaster, AL (on-site)

Summary of Position:

Responsible for delegating tasks of Team Members to meet production operation KPIs. Working towards the next level.

Responsibilities:

Know and understand all production requirements.

Ability to communicate with multiple levels in the organization.

Respond to abnormalities, manage process quality.

Communicate with previous shifts and cross functional teams as needed.

Know and understand all work instructions for process.

Develop and track countermeasures for unnecessary DT, Quality, KPI Targets and Safety

Troubleshooting

Ensure adequate training for Team Members

Ensure Job Procedures are up to date.

Other duties or projects as assigned. Education/Experience Requirements:

Leadership experience.

Experience in problem solving discipline.

Effective communication skills.

Good understanding of robotics and automation equipment preferred.

Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands to fingers, handle or feel objects, climb stairs, reach with arms and hands.

Must be able to lift and move 10 - 30 lbs. on a periodic basis.

Must be able to use close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, distance vision, depth perception, and focus ability for examining product.
