The IT Network Analyst IV is responsible for providing support for network architecture, infrastructure design, administration, implementation and operations. You will analyze and fix network systems and traffic in a timely, cost-effective and efficient manner to meet our customer's business requirements and ensure optimal performance. The ability to solve problems, offer solutions and build relationships are keys to being successful!

Responsibilities/Expectations:

Provides technical expertise in the management of a public and/or private network

Handles a variety of complex network assignments

Installs, supports and/or maintains local (LAN) and/or wide area networks (WAN)

Performs technical analyses of software, hardware and transmission facilities using various diagnostic tools in support of efficient network operations

Monitors data traffic/controls network performance to ensure high-quality transmission

Provides Enterprise Core Networking design

Tests and analyzes network communications, routers and switches

Serves as a technical resource to team members

Other duties as assigned

Education/Years of Experience:

Required: Bachelor's degree in IT-related field or high school diploma/GED with equivalent experience and minimum eight (8) years' IT experience

Other Requirements:

Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills

Required: CCNA, (Cisco Certified Network Associate) Preferred: Current

Preferred: CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)

Preferred: Experience in network design and implementation of Cisco routers/switches/Wi-Fi, Wireless (Radios, Microwave, Satellite), and WAN/LAN; oil and gas or energy industry experience

Shift/Work Hours/Travel Requirements:

Acts as an issue point person for other support teams and participates in on-call rotation
