Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Cybersecurity Specialist to support our growing security operations and technical support needs.
Position Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM tools and respond to incidents in real time
Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and remediation tracking
Maintain and improve internal security controls aligned with TISAX and ISO 27001 standards
Support the implementation and testing of incident response plans, including tabletop exercises
Collaborate with IT and sites to ensure secure system configurations and access controls
Assist in vendor security assessments and annual reviews
Document and maintain security policies, procedures, and audit evidence for compliance reporting
Participate in phishing simulations, remedial training, and user awareness programs
Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems, and help develop solutions
Support PC hardware components, desktop operating system software, and application software
Perform minor repairs to equipment and arrange for other servicing needs
Identify and report system issues to vendors; monitor and test resolution of those issues sent to vendors
Record activities, solutions, and other responses to request-for-services
Assist in maintaining inventory records and documentation for equipment
Contribute to technical documentation and participate in policy, procedure, and standards development
Produce backup technical support to network including, route firewall, and wireless access point Position Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related subject
Requires a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in cybersecurity operations or IT security
Strong understanding of network security, endpoint protection, and access management
Experience with SIEM platforms, vulnerability scanners, and endpoint detection tools
Experience with Windows 11 and recent versions of Microsoft Office Applications (M365)
Experience with networking technologies and printer support
Awareness of PC Hardware components, desktop operating system software, and application software
Understanding of current and emerging technology trends in the PC industry
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
