Sales Representative (Remote - Canada Based Only)

About the Role:

We're looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join a fast-growing digital marketing agency. Your role is to respond to inbound leads, speak with potential clients, and guide them through the onboarding process.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams, maintain accurate client records, and play a key role in ensuring smooth handovers to service teams.

• Speak with warm leads (no cold calling)

• Guide new clients through our onboarding

• Use basic tools like email, Google Calendar, etc.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure client success

Requirements:

• Must be based in Canada

• Legally authorized to work in Canada

• Strong communication skills (verbal + written)

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus

• CRM or sales tool experience is a bonus
