IT Support Technician

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to assist with computer deployments, SCCM imaging, Intune cleanup, and Active Directory management for a 12-week contract with the possibility of extension. This role is onsite in Columbus, OH, working closely with the Service Desk team to build, configure, and deploy approximately 70 computers, while also ensuring the accuracy and organization of Intune and Active Directory environments.

What You'll Do

• PXE Boot & Deploy Computers using SCCM.

• Patch Computers using VMP (can be taught if needed).

• Manage Active Directory with ADManager, moving computers into the correct OU groups.

• Install Software on new computers using SCCM & Intune.

• Clean Up & Organize Intune, removing old devices, verifying current assets, and adding missing ones (includes both work cell phones & computers).

• Work closely with the Service Desk team to ensure smooth deployments and system organization.

What We're Looking For

• Experience with SCCM for PXE booting and software deployment.

• Familiarity with Intune for device management and cleanup.

• Understanding of Active Directory (ADManager) for managing computer objects.

• Basic knowledge of patching systems (VMP experience is a plus, but training is available).

• Ability to troubleshoot, organize, and optimize enterprise IT environments.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate with the Service Desk team.

Contract Duration: 12 weeks (with the option to extend if needed)
