About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive NOC Fulfillment Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network security and infrastructure management, with hands-on experience in firewall management, and network observability. This role is crucial in ensuring the security and efficiency of our network operations through proactive monitoring, patch management, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain security firewalls, ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices.

Oversee DNS, DHCP, and IPAM ensuring seamless operation and efficiency.

Perform network device patch management, ensuring timely updates and security compliance.

Implement network security measures to safeguard infrastructure from threats and vulnerabilities.

Monitor network observability tools, analyzing performance metrics to optimize network health.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance automation processes for network operations.

Troubleshoot and resolve network security and infrastructure issues efficiently.

Maintain documentation and provide technical support as needed. Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in network security and infrastructure management.

Proficiency in firewall management, network security, network observability, and patch management.

Strong understanding of automation concepts and processes.

Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment. Preferred Skills:

Experience with automation tools for network operations.

Familiarity with cloud networking and security best practices.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
