About the Position:

The successful candidate will possess a strong commitment to excellence and a proven track record of delivering top-quality dental care, further enhancing our practice's reputation for clinical excellence.

What we'll like about you:

DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school

Current Mississippi license or eligible upon graduation

Current CPR and BLS certifications, DEA license

Excellent chairside manner

Strong verbal and written communication skills

First-year employment guarantee of $200,000 or 31% of adjusted production, whichever is greater

Second-year earning = 31% of production
