Location: Westerville, Ohio - 3 days onsite 2 days remote

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $100,000 + Quarterly Bonus Program (5-20% of base salary)

Overview

We're looking for experienced Electrical Engineers with a passion for designing and developing electrical systems for buildings. If you have a strong background in MEP consulting, excellent communication skills, and a sales-oriented personality, we want to hear from you. Our ideal candidate is someone who is eager to learn, grow, and take on leadership roles within the company.

Required Skills

8-11 years of experience in Consulting Engineering for Buildings

Knowledge and proficiency in AutoCad & Revit

Strong electrical design and production skills

Experience with lighting, industrial design, and utility infrastructure design is a plus Nice to Have Skills

LEED AP certification

P.E. license

Sales-oriented personality

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Experience in MEP consulting, with a focus on electrical design and production Other Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to lead and manage projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
