DevOps Engineer - REMOTE

Responsibilities

Develop and run an AWS environment for self-service web applications

Validate and deploy software releases for large multi-locale IVR applications

Write and execute SQL to make configuration changes to applications

Use Jenkins and Groovy scripting to collate and stage release files

Use Unix commands to troubleshoot system and network behavior

Requirements

In addition to excellent communication and client interaction skills you should have experience with:

Amazon CloudWatch, EC2, Elastic Load Balancing and CodePipeline

Operations administration with Linux, MacOS, and Windows

Networking concepts and troubleshooting

Code repository and change management systems

Desired Experience

GitLab, Jenkins, Groovy and Tomcat

Genesys Voice Platform (GVP)

Speech enabled IVR applications

Java programming
