Experience in attending Functional Design review/approval sessions.

Proven track record of building effective relationships with Stakeholder Agency UAT Test Leads, DAS leadership, and vendor partners.
Experience in planning UAT resource capacity and schedules in coordination with leadership and other UAT Test Leads.
Ability to monitor and report both resource-level and release-level metrics to ensure compliance with timelines and quality expectations.
Experience in tracking key milestones using Quality Gate checklists (Design, System Test, Deployment).
Proficiency in preparing and presenting regular UAT status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Experience in delivering the UAT End Quality Gate Presentation.
Ability to collaborate with the DAS UAT Automation Test Lead to determine which test scripts should be automated.
Experience in coordinating with the Technical Team to ensure the readiness of test environments.
Capability to oversee the access provisioning process to ensure timely setup for testers.
Proven leadership skills in leading the UAT Release Team during scripting and execution.
Experience in conducting regular defect triage meetings, coordinating retesting, and maintaining schedule and quality standards.
Experience in coordinating and executing testing across systems including Eligibility & Enrollment, Call Center, Document Management, and Automated Functions (BOTS). Desired Skills

Experience in a leadership role within a UAT or Quality Assurance setting.
