We're Daxtra, a 20-year-old SaaS company based in Indianapolis, Indiana, Richmond, Virginia, Hong Kong, and Edinburgh, Scottland. We specialize in building software that recruiters worldwide use every day. We're looking for developers to join our team to help build our AI powered candidate engagement solutions. Our team builds software that simplifies, automates, and accelerates communication between applicants, recruiters, employees, and HR staff over SMS, RCS, chat apps like WhatsApp, and voice and video.

Git for source control

Go, Python, and JavaScript

OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), Gemini and Groq

Vue.js

Go for our high-speed telecommunications infrastructure

Python and Django (including DRF) for our back end and business logic

Multiple telco clouds Requirements

Must be able to code two of these languages: JavaScript, Python, and Go

Must be able to work with SQL databases

At least two years of professional experience

Degree or equivalent professional experience Compensation

Pay is based on experience.
