Job Overview
Ashtabula Regional Medical Center (ARMC) in Ashtabula, OH is hiring a Perm Family Medicine Physician! Mix of Family Medicine and Sports Medicine: Experience/training in Sports Medicine is preferred. 24-30 patients/day. Half FM/ half sports. Includes Guided ultrasound injections, treating concussions, plain X-ray on site. Position will be aligned with the Orthopedics department and will have regular interaction with them. Traditional Family Medicine practice: Adult, Geriatric, and Pediatric. Provider MUST be willing to see patients ages 5 years and up. • Providers are expected to see approximately 20 patients per day (non negotiable). • Emergency Supplies Available: Defibrilator, Airway, IV Supplies, Etc. • Market-competitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines. Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation. To be discussed at interview. • 3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview): Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive) • Provider must within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate; Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B?; Why is the provider seeking a new position?

Full-time negotiable schedule, depending upon the practice and current staffing
On call 3-4 days per month
10 Mid-Levels Providing Coverage throughout the organization
2-3 Exam Rooms Per Physician (depending on the location)
Lab onsite
X-ray onsite
EMR - EPIC
Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
Not accepting Locums submissions
Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
Open to upcoming 2025 graduates (not accepting 2026+ graduates)
