Position: IT Business

Trisian-Global Consulting LLC is seeking a local IT Business Analyst to work on-site in Memphis TN. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, Finance and business analysis, with a solid understanding of technology and its applications with respect to large scale financial / accounting systems. The IT Business Analyst will work closely with internal clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

This is a contract to hire role with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization

Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements

Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers and other team members

Assist with the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets

Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met

Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues

Perform user acceptance testing and provide recommendations for improvements

Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for process improvements Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting or related field

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst working with Finance Systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven experience in project management and delivering projects on time and within budget

Knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies

Experience with requirements gathering and documentation

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
