Job Description:

University Cancer & Blood Center is hiring for a part-time Medical Assistant. Position is in Lavonia on Monday and Toccoa, Wednesday and Friday.

Job Duties:

Call each patient back for assigned provider

Obtain full vitals on patients

Draw all lab work ordered by provider. Finger stick, venipuncture, etc.

Room patients or escort to treatment area.

Clean and stock exam rooms and lab area

Assist providers in bone marrow biopsies Requirements:

Must be a Certified Medical Assistant

Previous medical experience preferred.

Must have the ability to work individually and as a team.

A positive attitude is a must!
