Scrum Master

A top Fortune 50 financial institution is currently seeking a Scrum Master to support its Enterprise Project Delivery team. This is a senior-level Agile leadership role focused on enabling delivery excellence within large, cross-functional teams using Azure DevOps and advanced team analytics.

This position is fully remote. Must work EST hours.

Responsibilities:

The Scrum Master will be responsible for:

• Facilitating all Agile ceremonies across multiple teams including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups

• Driving Agile best practices and using Azure DevOps for backlog management, analytics, and reporting

• Supporting cross-team collaboration and managing dependencies for timely delivery

• Coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and delivery excellence in a large enterprise environment

• Collaborating with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to remove blockers and improve team performance

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master in large enterprise environments

• 15+ years of total project experience (as PM or project team member)

• Bachelor's degree required

• Active CSM Certification (SAFe Scrum Master certification preferred)

• Expertise in Azure DevOps, Agile metrics, and reporting

• Deep knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe)

• Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and business stakeholders

• Ability to coach and influence in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Desired Skills:

• Experience supporting Agile teams in the Enterprise Security space

• Background in financial services or banking

• Strategic communication and change management capabilities

• Experience leading Agile transformations in regulated industries
