Must-Have Skills:

Expertise in Citrix Workspace 1912, Citrix Provisioning Services, and Ivanti User Workspace Manager

Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016/2019, Citrix policies, Microsoft GPO, and ITSM practices (change, incident, problem)

5-8+ years of experience with excellent communication and customer service skills (Lead level requires 8+ years) Nice to Have:

Citrix Certified Professional, ITIL v3 certification

Familiarity with FSLogix, Citrix ShareFile, and NetScaler About Us:
