The Mission
As a Customer Advocate, you'll be a healthcare hero for 50 to 70 people every day. You'll navigate the world of primary care doctors, medications, appointments, and benefits like a pro, armed with your knowledge and amazing social skills ️.
And the best part? You'll make a real impact on people's lives ️.
The Details
• Full-time position, Monday through Friday (because we all need a little weekend! )
• 8-hour shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST
• 5-week intensive orientation (don't worry, we've got your back every step of the way! )

Your Arsenal
• High school diploma (bonus points if you've got a degree! )
• At least 1 year of experience in insurance operations
• Tech-savvy and confident navigating our web-based systems
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
