Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled C# Developer to join our team in developing and enhancing Mobius Autonomous Software. This role involves designing scalable solutions, leading development cycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance applications. The ideal candidate is hands-on, solution-oriented, and capable of leading complex technical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement innovative features and enhancements for Mobius Autonomous Software.
Develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality, scalable C# code in line with industry best practices.
Manage the full software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, architecture design, coding, testing, deployment.
Integrate software with advanced hardware systems to support autonomous operations.
Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging to ensure reliability and performance.
Work closely with product managers, stakeholders, and engineers to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers, promoting knowledge sharing and team growth.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and apply them to improve processes and product quality.
Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards.
Provide technical insight during strategic planning and decision-making sessions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
5-7 years of professional experience in software development, including senior/lead roles.
Expert in C# development with a history of delivering complex, enterprise-grade applications.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
Solid grasp of software architecture, data structures, and algorithms.
Proven leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and attention to detail.
