Role: IS Application Manager

Location: Columbus OH (Need onsite mandatory in Columbus OH 5 days / week)

Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire

Summary:

The IS Application Manager-Senior manages the activities of Applications Programming teams through subordinate supervisors. Duties and Responsibilities:

Participates in strategic planning with IT management and with users.

Oversees the planning, scheduling, assignment and monitoring of staff, budget and resources for the assigned area of responsibility.

May manage complex or strategic projects.

Maintains a high level of expertise related to the assigned function and currency in technical enhancements, methodologies and trends particularly as they apply to Huntington.

Performs other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

10+ years of related experience

5+ years leading others in the development of software in a team environment.

Work well in a team environment.

Self-motivated and able to lead others.

ble to work well under pressure when required

vailable for on-call production support as needed Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ARGO Teller platform is a plus

gile certification (RTE, Scrum Master, Leading SAFe, etc)

Financial Service experience

Experience in manging end to end production of technical deliverables and documentation

Excellent communication, design, documentation, analytical skills
