Desired Qualifications:

You enjoy and thrive in fast paced environments and are ready to take initiative and get things done

You live and breathe Javascript, HTML5,CSS3 and are familiar with Backbone.js, Ember.js or Angular.js.

You are always focused on bringing elegant solutions to complex user behaviors and have a deep understanding of UI and design principles

You have worked with modern MVC framework like Rails or Django

Prior experience with Ruby on rails/CoffeeScript is nice to have
