The Reeds Spring School District is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual for the full-time, 12-month position of Payroll Specialist. This role is responsible for processing payroll for all district employees, maintaining accurate payroll records, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and assisting with employee benefit reporting and deductions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. A minimum of a high school diploma is required, along with prior payroll experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting knowledge are essential, and experience in a school or public sector environment is preferred.

The Reeds Spring School District is located 40 minutes south of Springfield on beautiful Table Rock Lake and serves the communities of Reeds Spring, Branson West, Kimberling City, Cape Fair, and Indian Point.
