The key skills needed are

8+ years of progressive career in IT.

5+ years' experience as an Agile Product owner, or equivalent experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner for a SaaS product.

Salesforce certification is must.

Experience with Salesforce is essential, experience in Service Cloud is a preference.

Should have a deep understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and features and you keep up to date on new features and functionality that gets released.

Bachelor's degree or above.
