COMPENSATION:
COMP MODEL: YEAR 1 Salary Guarantee (from the medical center), then roll into private practice comp model
Income Guarantee: $375,000+ (negotiable)
Signing Bonus: $35,000
50% @ signing 50% @ start (no visa)
100% @ start (if visa)
CALL PAY:
OB & GYN = $5,000 / weekend
OB only = $3,500 / weekend
GYN only = $1,500 / weekend
