SUMMARY
This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing section.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing, coaching and directing Off Line Han-chos.
Directing the problem solving activities of the manufacturing area.
Analyzing processes for continuous improvement.
Analyzing and continuously improving scrap and defective products produced.
Analyzing and continuously improve overall plant efficiency.
Improve overall product quality.
Determine and prepare T/M daily work (Standardize work).
Determine and prepare section training requirements and plan.
Implement abnormal occurrence plan when necessary.
Determine Kanban setting and Kanban Flow
Supporting the efforts of other sections within the company to achieve goals and targets.
Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards.
Will perform other reasonably related tasks within the Company as required by Management.
Conduct morning, Jisu-ken, CFT, OA up, and training meetings as required
Able to adjust schedule and hours for the belefit of the Company/Section. Salary Range: $60,250 - $70,500
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will manage and direct Han-cho's and Hourly Team Members.

Knowledge of electronic automotive manufacturing.
Knowledge of the Toyota Production System
Complete process knowledge.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desired.
5 years of prior applicable experience in manufacturing.
2 years management experience required.
Electronics experience desired.
Automotive experience desired.
Valid passport for travel required for travel.
