In a graduate position as customer support engineer you will be responsible for supporting our clients with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and delivery of customer training on our chromatography solutions (LC, GC, HPLC…).

Your main responsibilities will be:

Respond to customer needs by providing repair, installation, upgrade and preventive maintenance activities

Contact customers in a timely manner and schedules service efficiently

Connect with manager and sales team to understand and meet customer needs and expectations

Maintain Agilent’s customer service reputation by aligning with all corporate policies and procedures

Complete administrative paperwork and computer reports promptly and accurately

Provide feedback to the Product Specialists, manufacturing or OEM vendors concerning performance anomalies encountered - use the complaint handling system as required

Address customer requests for service and communicate proactively before, during and after service

This role won’t be office based and you will be working remotely combined with travel to customer sites in Denmark & Nordic (a company car will be available to you).

Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with the following background:

University degree in Life Science related topic (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, etc…) entry level position for recent graduates.

Full proficiency in Danish & English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

A valid driving license

On a personal level, you enjoy working both autonomously and as part of a team. You have great communications and written skills to interact with many internal and external partners. You are also customer oriented and you like solving problems.

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
