Job Description
The Sawmill Community Land Trust is hiring a half-time administrative assistant. The office operates Monday-Friday 9-5. The position will start ASAP and be renewed in three months based on performance review. Position will be for 20 hours per week and pay $15 - $18/hour depending on experience.
Basic Functions:
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Provides information by answering questions and requests.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, ordering supplies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
