**The successful candidate can expect to work 32 - 40 hours per week and must be available for both AM and PM shift times on weekdays and weekends**

Cash Team Leader

The Cash Team Leader is responsible for helping lead the team through living and promoting our five core values as well as maintaining day to day operations within the department. This role is responsible for delegating tasks, ensuring outstanding customer service and fostering a positive team environment. The Cash Team Leader will work alongside with and report to the Cash Manager.

Regular Store Hours:

Mon – Sat 8:00am – 8:00pm

Sun 9:00am – 7:00pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Cash Team Leader is responsible for the daily operations of the cash registers and for the store cashiers.

You will provide excellent customer service at all times.

You will learn and memorize all produce codes

Responsible for ensuring all equipment is ready for use and cash areas are presentable at all times.

Train new staff and support new Cashier Team Members

Maintain awareness of the number of customers in line and call for additional cashiers when needed and assistance from specific departments when necessary

Manage all aspects of the front end: customer concerns, ensuring cashiers give optimal customer service, and performance management as needed

Office Admin functions

Financial controls and cash reconciliation

Provide additional support to the Cash Manager as required

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 2 years cashier experience

Experience in supervising or managing people

Education in related field is an asset
