General Responsibilities:
· Facilitate and coordinate cross functional projects, including security assessments.
· Assist in work intake, ppm maintenance, and coordination for the Operational Excellence team.
· Monitor and maintain centralized IT PMO repository (to include but not limited to project documentation, processes, templates, communications, status updates, etc.)
· Assist with vendor onboarding process for designated Major Projects
· Administration of the IT Project Portfolio Management tool
· Monthly internal audits around IT PMO Managed Projects
· Assist in development and delivery of project financial reports
· Management of small projects as assigned
· Performs other related duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Demonstrated understanding of project management concepts
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· High attention to detail
· Ability to produce status updates and reports on a predefined basis
· Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of project management tools
· Strong collaboration and inter-personal skills to ensure adequate, efficient and timely delivery of projects in a matrix team environment
· Maintain quality standards while working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

EDUCATION (Required and/or Preferred):
· Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
FIELD OF STUDY:
· Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field
