1st Shift Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Occasional travel may be required depending on project needs
Pay range: $90,000 – $110,000/year, DOE

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from pricing through closeout. This role requires strong leadership in scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. The position is 100% on-site in Richland, MS, and requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Local candidates only. No relocation assistance provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all phases of project execution to meet client and company goals
Create and manage project budgets; perform job cost reviews and financial updates
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers; issue and manage subcontracts, POs, and change orders
Lead and document pre-construction, progress, and close-out meetings
Maintain project documentation, including RFIs, clarifications, and contracts
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and issue resolution
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture preferred
Minimum 2 years of related project management experience
Experience managing construction in occupied or exterior spaces required
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and local codes
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and email
PMP certification, LEED credentials, or state general contracting licenses are a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
