Project Analyst – Construction

Position Type: Contract-to-Hire (conversion after 6 months)

Role Overview
The Project Analyst – Construction will play a vital role in supporting our project management and construction operations. This position is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of post-college experience, a strong foundation in construction management or junior project management, and the ability to translate complex initiatives into actionable steps. You will work closely with senior leadership, sit in on key meetings, track deliverables, and ensure projects are executed effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in meetings with executives, stakeholders, and contractors to capture action items and drive them to completion.
Assist in coordinating data center construction projects, including scheduling, reporting, and ensuring adherence to timelines.
Develop and maintain PowerPoint decks, reports, and executive presentations.
Utilize project management tools (e.g., Monday.com or similar) to monitor progress, track deliverables, and communicate updates.
Support the preparation of budgets, timelines, and construction-related documentation.
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams on new initiatives and process improvements.
Provide analytical support and research for construction and infrastructure projects.
Represent the company in meetings with professionalism and confidence, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in project analysis, project coordination, or junior project management (construction background strongly preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – must be articulate and well-spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable creating client-ready presentations.
Experience with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, MS Project, or similar).
High IQ/EQ, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tasks.
A proactive, “get-it-done” mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Experience in data center construction or infrastructure projects is a major plus but not required.
