Manage and maintain project documentation (contracts, permits, RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes).
Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines using project management tools.
Coordinate meetings, inspections, and site visits.
Facilitate communication among project teams, contractors, vendors, and clients.
Review invoices and payment applications for accuracy and contract compliance.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal regulations.
Maintain organized digital and/or physical project files.
Support procurement of materials and equipment.
Provide general administrative support to the construction and project management teams.
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications & Skills
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in construction administration or a similar role.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong understanding of construction documents, including blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms is a plus.
